Application Submission
Complete the Application Form: Parents will need to fill out an application form, which can be downloaded from our website or obtained from our office. Documents Required: Include necessary documents such as student’s previous educational records, assessments, and any relevant medical information. As well as Birth certificate, Passport*, HKID*, Visa* * for parents and student.

Assessment Meeting
Schedule an Assessment: Once the application is received, our admissions team will arrange a meeting to assess the student’s needs and discuss their learning profile. This will include an English ad Maths test as well as an informal interview. In-Person or Virtual: We prefer that this meeting is conducted in person.

Trial Day
Experience Our Centre: Following the assessment, parents will be invited to schedule a trial day for their child. This allows the student to experience our environment, meet staff, and engage in activities. Feedback Session: At the end of the trial day, parents will have a brief feedback session with our team to discuss the experience and any observations

Decision Notification & Enrollment
Review Process: After the trial day, our team will review all information and determine if we can meet the student's needs. Notification: Parents will be informed of the decision within one week, along with any recommendations or next steps. Complete Enrollment Forms: If accepted, parents will need to fill out enrollment forms and provide any additional required documentation. Families will then be invited to an orientation session to familiarise themselves with the routines and requirements.
